Choosing Art

Surrounded
by all the ideas
and dreams
of a lifetime
Unable to let go
unable to move forward
Stuck somewhere in limbo
Snippets of living
but never really fully
giving it my all
Always the fear
holding back the flow
It dies
it dwindles away
left only
with the debris
